Love the phone. The original order would not work correctly with my service. I was sent a new phone to replace that, which turned out to be a Tracfone. They do not work for our service. Not happy, won't try again.

This is a real review from someone who bought (and uses) the phone every day.I bought two of these renewed Galaxy A32 5G phones, one for myself and one for my wife—and both exceeded expectations. Both arrived looking like new, no visible wear, and setup was quick and smooth on T-Mobile.Performance-wise, they handle everyday use with no hiccups—web browsing, streaming, social media, and multitasking are all fluid. The 5G speeds are surprisingly fast, and Android runs snappily with no lag or freezing. I was expecting something slower at this price point, but this phone punches above its weight.The screen is large and sharp, and the touch response feels premium. Perfect for anyone who wants a reliable device without overpaying. The quad camera system is solid—photos come out sharp and detailed, especially in good lighting. The wide-angle and macro modes are fun to use and actually useful, not just gimmicks. For a phone in this price range, the camera is way better than expected.Battery life is quite satisfactory. We easily get a full day on a single charge, even with regular use like calls, video, and GPS. Aside from the lint that was blocking the charge port, it's a really good phone and I'm more than happy with it. I didn't see that it had bad reviews until after I bought it and that made me a little scared, but I had absolutely no problem setting up my Gmail and Sim card. It's a really good phone, I'm actually writing the review with it now.

I first received this phone and it kept shutting off. Possible battery defect. I ordered a replacement which I had to pay again for because there is no exchange option. This one was working fine until the front screen started hanging off. Yet again I ordered another one which came and was clearly thicker than the last. When I went to put it in my phone case, I noticed the entire back was not sealed. Same problem on two different phones. I am returning the latest one and I'm just going to pay a cell phone repair company to seal the second one rather than having to go through the data transfer process again. Other than the glue(?) problem, phone works great and I like it.Would not recommend purchasing from Amazon renewed however because both times I had to purchase the phone again and wait almost 2 weeks for the return money to be credited. I am currently waiting again for the return to be credited to my account for the third phone.

I was so excited to have a Samsung again. However, this phone is severely disappointing. Had a pass code when I received it. Had to visit geek squad to get it unlocked. Thankfully, there was not a Google account attached to it, so I'm able to use the phone. However, in a 19hour time frame, my screen time was 4hrs and 9 min. My phone went from 100% battery to dead. When I went to charge it with the charger provided, it took 15 hours to get back to 100% the phone is constantly over heating, even when only having one app open. All updates are completed, and still, many apps are unusable due to poor battery life and over heating. The speed slows drastically as the battery percentage drops. The screen is so touchy, that while one phone calls, I often end up placing the caller on hold, and even a piece of dust that you can't see will make the screen start to spaz out.Edit: 2 days after this review, the phone has charged for 18hrs in a 21hour period, usage time of 3hrs and 58 min, and the phone, is only on 18%. Says it will take one day and 13hrs to fully charge. I have tried multiple different cords, charging cubes, and charging pads. All have failed.
