As for the gpu, it should, but not all cards are equal (depends on after market cooler) **Q: Does it work with Mystic Lights/Z590 motherboard?** A: Min's plugged into MSI motherboard and works fine with mystic light **Q: How long is the argb cable?** A: No this will not work in a 12v header it is a 5v ARGB connector. If you look on your mother board specifically at the headers. Each one will have some text above around or imediatly near it indicating what output that header is. If you spot one that states 5V ARGB then this will work. Do not attach this to a 12v it will imediatly burn it out and potentially damage your other components. You can connect it to a fan controller as long as it has ARGB connectors on it as well as the 4pin/3pin pwm fan connectors.
