inconsistent flavors
basically a decent granola, however my bag contained many nuts that were horribly bitter, almost tasted rotten. wish it wasn’t so as i’m always searching for the ‘perfect’ keto granola.

Delicious Topping for My Breakfast Cereal; Very Nutty; Everyone Love It!
My favorite breakfast cereal is Honey Bunches Of Oats With Almonds from Post. I love cereal with a generous amount of nuts. Nutritionists state that if you eat cereal for breakfast, choose one that has a lot of nuts and fruits. I always add raisins and granola whenever I eat cereal. Therefore, I was very thankful for the opportunity to review the Amrita Keto Granola Cereal, Apple Cinnamon flavor. I used it as a topping on my cereal and found it very delicious. It is loaded with nuts (almonds and pecans) and seeds (pumpkin and sunflower). Yummy! This granola is sweetened with monk fruit, which I have used quite frequently. It is also sweetened with erythritol, which I have sometimes used, and I'm not sure how my body reacts to it. I have used monk fruit extract and stevia extract without any issues. On the other hand, aspartame and sucralose make me extremely constipated; I cannot use artificial sweeteners. Erythritol is made from fermented grain, but I haven't used it long enough to determine if it harms my body. I would say that it doesn't.I like that this granola (when compared to other cereals) is low in calories and fat, but high in fiber and protein. Everyone in my family pours this granola on their cereal and loves its taste. (We each eat a different brand of cereal; Mom likes Kellogg's Corn Flakes and Dad likes Honey Nut Cheerios.) The thick, eleven-ounce bag from Amrita was easy to tear open and it has a resealable Ziploc closure. The granola smelled and tasted fresh. There is a best by date of 07 22 stamped above the notch where you tear open the bag. This is a very good date. However, once the bag is torn open, the best by date will no longer be available for reading. I suggest the manufacturer place it somewhere else. Also, the cost of the eleven-ounce bag is $9.99 (at the time of this review). This price is fairly reasonable. Wholesome granola with a tremendous amount of nuts can be expensive. After all, can you put a price tag on your health?Overall, if you enjoy eating granola with a generous amount of nuts, then I suggest you purchase the Amrita Keto Granola Cereal, Apple Cinnamon flavor. Personally, I'm a chocoholic and would love to try Amrita's Chocolate Sea Salt flavor.

Oh man....
...you are not gonna want to stop eating this stuff. We used to make our own granola with oats and nuts and all the usual stuff. That was until the weight gain happened at which point I switched out of high carb foods. So I've made my own keto/low carb granola since then, but it can be pretty tedious. With all the other low carb stuff I make, the trade off of time and expense and end product is just not worth it to me.I gotta be honest, Apple cinnamon would not have been my first choice; as a Vine reviewer, that is what was available, so I ordered it (that dark chocolate sea salt flavor is callin' my name...).I've said before in other reviews, I can always tell when I really like an item, because it goes to the front of the line in my review queue. And this did; literally minutes after it arrived at my front door.I know...it's a bit pricey. That's a hard one for me who can also be known as Mister Frugal, but look at the ingredients; nuts. Nuts are expensive (and thank you for making pecans the second ingredient by the way). Then there is the flavor they have achieved; like I said, apple cinnamon, not my first choice, but this stuff is just GOOD, even if it isn't chocolate!Let me just, again, highlight the obvious here, in case you didn't read the ingredients; this is basically a (very well treated) bag of nuts and seeds, so if you have digestive issues with eating nuts, this may not be a fit for you.I haven't tried it in milk; it was time for my second breakfast or first lunch (whatever), and I just ate it out of the bag; pretty much how I see myself eating the entire bag.My reviews always start from 4 stars overall and go down from there if warranted, butrarely go up to five; this one gets 5 (seriously, I'm stingy with the 5 star reviews).I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.

Flavor: Has dried apples. Seasoned with light tasting cinnamon. Very clean tasting.
What this is:One 11 ounce bag of apple cinnamon granola. Ingredients are Almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut crisps, hemp seeds, dried apple, keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit extract), coconut oil, chicory root fiber, cinnamon, sea salt. This is not made with sugar. It is sweetened with erythritol and monk fruit extract.Opening the resealable bag up:It is a wonderful blend of the above. There was one bigger chunk in my bag. The rest is broken up. Most of it individual pieces of the nuts, seeds and fruit. To taste it right out of the bag:It tastes good. It is the perfect snack blend. I love taking a handful and popping it in mouth. There are many different textures. Fun to eat. It is slightly sweetened but not overly done. It is perfect for me. The apple cinnamon flavor is not what I expected. When I read the ingredients, there is dried apples and cinnamon. There are plenty of apples in it. The cinnamon is not very slight. If I don't concentrate I would not taste it. My take is that this is not the apple cinnamon flavor that coats cereals. There are simply apples in it. It is seasoned with cinnamon. To taste it in a bowl with almond milk:Yum. It blends well with the milk and is crunchy. Tasty. Fun to eat.I enjoyed learning why this product was made. This is a product that helps others. It is based on the creator's son's journey with autism and using a low inflammation diet in his recovery. They have a facility in Bridgeport, CT where they hire young adults with Autism and donate 10% to the community.
