Love this bag! It looked perfect in every way except the shoulder strap! The strap was too short for a shoulder bag, and although the strap can be adjusted, I just couldn’t do it! I had to take it to a shop to have it adjusted, and they had problems, but using a tool, it was finally adjusted. The zipper sticks too, but I don’t use this bag every day. I think next time I’ll buy a Dooney Bag from Dooney!

So happy I purchased this bag! Beautiful leather and design details ( stitching, corner pieces), roomy for all daily essentials. The strap is long enough for shoulder ( not cross- body length). It is rich looking and def works for evenings and daily use. Love the pebble grain finish which will prevent wear and tear with daily use. So happy I ‘ splurged’ for this bag!!!!
