A little tight on rewinding, especially when you are reeling in 150' plus of tape.Tape itself seems fairly sturdy and markings are easy enough to read.

If you're working with amateur radio antennas, especially measuring wires, this eliminates having to constantly convert from Meters & centimeters to feet and inches. Most off the shelf tape measures in local hardware stores only go to 8 meters or less, and if you're working with measurements given in the metric system, this reduces an additional opportunity for errors. Conversion tables aren't difficult to use and are easily available on line, but it's nice to just work with the specifications as given. The only downside to this (like many other longer tape measures,) it has a square loop on the end rather than a hook. It is also geared to crank the tape back in rapidly, rather than having the crank directly on the axle. The product is heavy & beefy, I hope that applies to the internal gearing as well.

Broke after 3 weeks. Wouldn't reel up anymore. Cheap plastic parts.

Lightweight and durable

I like the fact it has both metric and sae on it ! Makes it easy to convert measurements for Pythagorean theorem to make things square.

Used this for one job and stored in my tool box until recently. Went to use it again but now it doesn’t retract

This COULD have been great, why is it so tough to reel in???
