Gourmet 4.75" Cheese Plane

Works great unlike others I have owned.

Good brand product which I already have and it has been very long lasting Purchased another one now as a gift,

Bought this because it was highly rated by Americas Test Kitchen. Much easier to use than a knife. Wish the slices were slightly thicker.

I thought I'd bite the bullet and spend some money on a really good quality cheese plane. This product did not slice cheese. It's terrible. The cheese comes off in big chunks. My $10 one is so much better. I just ordered a second because we the other one is always in the dishwasher. Don't waste your money.
