The pulling thread gets stuck, doesn't roll back. Sadly, I trusted the brand and threw the original packing, hence couldn't return. But I suggest better check the product in action first and then discard the package. Lesson learnt.

I've used these products before and they have turned out to be good. But this time the product is really in bad shape. Just after using it for 2 months. It has now become a pain, the top part of the product doesn't function properly. Waste of the money. They do send defective products now I feel and close return in 7 days, before someone can complaint.

Brilliant product if you are cutting or chopping large quantity of vegetables etc. reduces the time to minimum. Blades are good sharp quality and very effective.

Very handy for chopping veggies into small pieces... Easy to clean too! Can handle only couple of onions at a time. But the job done is impressive!

Already had a smaller version of this for some time, so wanted to buy a larger version. However, the thread broke on the very first day we used it. Unfortunately, it is now outside the return/replacement window so that sucks.
