Excellent quality, a little large but I’ve used them a lot.
The media could not be loaded. So since these gloves arrived I’ve used them a great deal..hence they are looking a little grubby. The measurements on Amazon are correct so I expected them to be a bit on the loose side which they are but they are not too big that I can’t use them and they fit my hubby too which is a bonus. They are very strong and well stitched together ( suede on the fingers and palm and tough canvas on the wrist and back) and they come half way up my forearm. They are also quite soft so I can easily bend all my fingers which is necessary when I’m gardening and wanting to grip trowels, secateurs etc. I tend to wear these when I’m doing big jobs that need extra protection. They really stop any thorns stabbing you and I’ve cleared a couple of areas ready for new plants and they were perfect. No splinters, no dirt up your finger nails and no scratches. These seem great value for money as the last suede/ canvas pair I had many years ago were more expensive. It says they are washable ( I will do this by hand) and looking at my photos I should probably do them soon. I’m hoping they don’t shrink but if they do I will update this review. I’m very pleased I bought them.

Tough well made gardening gloves
Robust well made gloves than handle the toughest brambles and such like plus ideal for removing stinging-nettles. Cover the hand and well above the wrist. An excellent all round pair of gardening gloves that albeit unisex fit well [I'm male] at an equally excellent price. If I require a second pair will have no hesitation in repeating my purchase.

Great quality
Strong suede leather protects from thorns and rough surfaces. Comfortable fit with extended cuff for wrist safety. Durable, well-stitched, and perfect for gardening or outdoor work. I used to get thorns stuck in my hands when cutting plants in the garden, but with these, that problem seems to be gone.

worth the money as far as i am concerned
I have very big hands and the awamp me. So I don't know how the would fit a ladies hands. But saying that they are very good, I have some very sharp nettles, as long as you don't go to mad, you can hold the nettles the thorns didn't penetrate the gloves. Been using them a while now and they are brilliant for nettles and brambles no penetrations

Average quality gardening gloves
The DIY Doctor Unisex Leather Heavy Duty Gardening Gloves offer a comfortable fit and reasonable protection for general gardening tasks. The leather material is durable and provides a good grip, making them suitable for handling various plants and tools. However, I found that thorns from rose bushes and brambles could still penetrate the gloves, especially during more intensive tasks. While they are adequate for light to moderate gardening, those dealing frequently with thorny plants might consider gloves specifically designed for thorn resistance, such as the HexArmor ThornArmor 3092 Gardening Gloves.
