14 months old pillow delivered today in bad condition
Manufacturing of pillow delivered today is May24 so its 14 months old and in poor condition as well also smelling as no silicon gel or any safe guarding thing is muted also plastic is smelling bad

the price is too high comparing stuff used inside
I thought whole pillow is made of the smart grid.. but it is not.. only top layer on one side is made of grid and seems other areas filled with foam or something like that.and you have use it very carefully or else grid structure will elongate and deform. if you put some hand support or full body weight on the pillow , it will surely break. only use of head without placing too much load.

It’s very soft, but study, and it’s very comfortable to sleep. It reduces your neck pain. If you choose the right size for you.

Very expensive, but Good.
Never thought I would buy such expensive pillows, but had to buy them for me and my mother as we Both have neck pain... Real felt the difference in sleeping, the neck doesn't hurt anymore and also head stays cool and comfortable.
