My favourite facial care brand
You can't go wrong with NIP + FAB to be honest, I've never had a bad skincare product from them yet. I love the Mandelic and Charcoal range, this is the second time I've bought it.I use the soap every morning, the facial wipes every other night and alternate with the tonic. I have combination skin and this has sorted out my oiler areas of skin.

Not as good as I expected
I ordered this as the Ordinary Mandelic Acid was unavailable and was hoping to get a nice product with the added charcoal, but I am not impressed at all so far.Packaging: A lot of plastic, the lid does not hold the liquid well and it seeps out if the jar goes upside down, no ingredient list for the pads, so cannot say if they contain plastic or if they are pure cotton/bamboo. They are black, which is the charcoal bit mentioned on the jar.The pads are soaked in too much liquid, which also slightly leaked out of the jar during transport, they are literally sitting in a couple of centimetres of liquid at the bottom. That's good, so they don't dry out before you use the last one, but it also means they are too wet when you want to use them, and they don't tone, you are just smothering your face in liquid. There also doesn't seem to be any charcoal as such, the pads are just black, but the liquid runs completely clear, no charcoal powder specks, so that just seems to be a gimmick. You do get a slight tingling feeling when you put them on, but I have seen no difference in my skin tone, softness or brightness. I think the tingling comes from the added witch hazel, not from the mandelic acid at all. I will use these up, but I won't purchase any more as they just don't hold what they promise. The witch hazel has helped clear up some spots though, I give points for that, but I can have pure witch hazel much cheaper from my local pharmacy with far less plastic packaging.

Made my skin feel great first use
I think they did help my skin but I seemed to get used to them quickly and then they was really doing a lot for my skin. But they do smell great and are really easy to use
