Years ago I literally sold diatomaceous earth [DE] by the truckload, but all for the swimming pool industry which requires filtration grade DE, not food grade [silica]. Most DE is pretty clean, but I needed one that specifically a food grade version. Food grade DE is 0.5–2% crystalline silica as a standard where filter grade DE can be as high as 60%. Food grade DE is typically used as a flow agent when you don't want to use a carbohydrate or a gluten based flow agent or for anti-caking. DE used as a flow agent passes right through your digestive system and must be used at under a 2% ratio.I found this DE to be of very high quality and in my tests running at as an anti-caking agent, it held up to my very high standards. I don't need a lot of this product to justify buying it in larger quantities, so will be using this for the foreseeable future.

I used this in my "Pearl Whitening homemade baking soda toothpowder", along with calcium carbonate, Calcium Citrate (optional), Pearl powder (optional), Silica (optional) baking soda, finely ground xylitol (sweetener that's good for teeth), and peppermint essential oil. Fluoride is effective for our teeth, only at the level used by dentists. Daily fluoride is harmful if exposed to it for too long. Try and use fluoride-free toothpaste or toothpowder and non-fluoridated water! Yep, it's in the water they give us to drink. And still, non-effective for helping our teeth!!! Things that make u go hmmmmm! Fight back by making your own toothpowder. I do the TP as opposed to toothpaste becuz the binding agent is coconut oil and consistently spitting oil down the drain won't do you or ur pipes any favors!!! Toothpowder is the way to go, people. It's so EZ to use!!!

Have bugs? Not anymore! Food grade DE is the only option we have for keeping the bug population under control under our house. Just make sure you don't inhale it. You can touch it, eat it, and drink it, but it will shred your lungs if you breathe it.

It is messy and it not effective for ants infestation as I wanted.

I had this for a bedbug problem a few years ago and I do believe it worked wonders as I got rid of the problem and it has not returned no matter where I park my butt. I gave my remainder away but wanted to make sure I kept some at hand just in case. So I reordered.

For my daughter who is sixty pounds 1/8th of a teaspoon twice a day half an hour away from meals. This kills parasites and yeast to save youor your child's life...

suposedly this is a bag of “organic diatomaceous earth” however, without a label on it, I’m not sure what this is.....I bought this to take internally to help with some issues but I don’t trust what this is. There is a small barcode on the bag but no label at all like in the pictures and description of what I originally ordered.

I ordered this because it was recommended but friends to help get rid of fleas my dog brought in. It definitely worked to get rid of the fleas while being safe around my kids and pets. But it was very messy and things are still a bit dusty after cleaning up a couple times.
