What are the dimensions?** A: The dimensions are listed as 10.5 in. by 5 in. The description also states that it will NOT fit the state of NC placard. **Q: Are the hooks strong every one I buy breaks after a short time of use. Thanks** A: When the top hanger breaks off, I settle the placard unto the holder, cut off any jagged parts at the top, then, going into through the side, I cut out the open space between the hook part and the bottom part of the placard. All of the placard is covered and it hangs fron its upper hook part. The cut down holder lasts for years. I live in the northeast with cold winters and hot humid summers. Mine seem to hold up fine once I make the modifications. I wait until the one received tears from normal use. **Q: Can these be adjusted for use with smaller items (e.g., parking passes) ?** A: it's just a one-size pocket in which you insert the placard. But I would think you could use it for a parking pass. **Q: Picture shows 2007. Are they the current ones? I just want to make sure so I dont get an expired one.** A: This is not the disability tag! You get those from the DMV once you have a form signed by your doctor.
