Can these be used for 0-3 month olds? I accidentally ordered this size rather than 0-3

The older kid kind are just stiffer. Same size and shape. Baby may prefer the softer ones, but you can try.

I have a 9 month old and we still use these. Is there and age limit?

Yes you can use these as long as the child prefers. We didn't move up in size till after a year old

What is the difference between 0-3 and 3+?

0-3 up to 3 month for new born 3+ is after baby is 3 month old
