Strong Ginger Flavour
Loved this jaggery. Has a good ginger flavour. I use it in my masala tea and it adds a really nice flavour.

it is not palm jaggery,it is pure jaggery made of white sugar

Hard and too sugary
Really hard and weird sugary taste. No soft bite rather a cardboard-y texture. I buy jaggery a lot from different vendors and this is the worst so far
