An pre used device was sent
I was really looking forward to receiving this smartphone after reading all the reviews. The shipping took quite long, but what really made me disappointed is that I received a possible previous returned item.The security seal was broken and although the phone and the accessories were all in new condition, I noticed that the factory installed screen protector was missing. The phone was switched on and I found a pre installed Google account set on the phone. I initiated a return and in the meantime I ordered one more phone, hoping it will be a brand new item this time.
