Does this have any type of inner liner?

No, there is no inner liner. You'll want to wear a pair of socks not only for ease of putting on the booties, but also for taking off the booties, as sweaty feet will make it difficult. Also, socks will protect your feet if the booties get too warm.

I have five clients that are a men's size 12 and 13, with high arches. These do NOT fit their feet. I am still searching for electric booties that will fit them.

What's the guarantee on the heating mitts?

There's no guarantee on anything we purchase anymore. If there is a warranty on the product you purchase I suggest getting it. I haven't had any problems with this so far.

Do these have any kind of built in timer? I had the last model of these and accidentally left them on and they melted, so they were a fire hazard

No, this does not have a built in timer. I make sure to turn it off after each use. One can also turn on a timer from the phone or use a actual timer. I love mine.
