I have a hEDS, a connective tissue disorder. Because of Covid restrictions and the fact that I had the "plague" itself in March 2020, my physical activity has been pretty limited the last 2+ years. My right knee has paid the price for lack of activity. It's become extremely unstable and subluxes, almost to the point of completely dislocating, every time I bend it. To say nothing of the pain.... I've got a box of useless knee braces and had pretty much just resigned myself to living with the pain. I was surfing Amazon one night and stumbled upon this Patellar Support Strap. Rrriiiggghhhhtttt. What's THIS going to do?!!? 🤣 I read the reviews which were pretty positive, it was the price of 2 Chai Lattes, so I pushed "Add to Cart". WHERE has this been the last decade of my life??!? This product is magic!!!! My knee is being held in place, the strap is devoid of bulk and easily hides under pants or slips over sports leggings. My knee is regaining strength and I'm walking without pain after wearing it religiously for 5 weeks. I'm also on a highly restricted diet, which has helped to reduce the inflammation and therefore, pain. The only thing I'd suggest if you get one, is to wear the padded part on the back of your knee instead of the front. The strap tends to dig in to the skin on the back of my knee if I wear it as suggested. If your knee slips out of place on you, hit "Add to Cart"!!! You can skip the Lattes! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I had patellar tendon injury both my knee and i tried all other knee straps and bands. But this knee strap really did the wonders. I have zero to no pain now while weight training. Would definitely suggest to others with patellar tendon injuries. Ps: I did physio rehab for my knee injury before getting back into weight training.
