I got this for a project that uses a 12v DC motor. It seems to work fine. The cord is not quite long enough for my setup. It is a decent length though.

I purchased this to replace a power adapter that failed on a small dehumidifier in my foyer closet. It works well and does the job. It was also cheaper than the previous adapter that failed.

Nice transformer. The only problem that I have is that the Amazon description says that it is 12V, 3 amp. The box that the unit came in says 12 V, 3 amp. The transformer itself has 12V, 3 amp printed on it. Is it rated for 2 amps or 3 amps. I don't know if I should return it or not. I tend to believe the writing on the product because it it would make sense for the product to have the correct rating. I guess that I'll hold onto it and find out. What I'm using it on calls for 3 amps, so it shouldn't take long to find out. Hopefully I will use it before the warranty runs out and be able to return it if needed!

Fits my Imdum mini chain perfectly.Tried to charge it and it’s dead. I will return it if I can.
