I thought these were a great alternative to the more expensive Medela shells I had last time I had an baby and was initially impressed so I bought a second set. I rotate them so I sterilise one set and wear the other and then the next day I swap. I think the regular sterilising over the last 5 weeks, either in the microwave or in our table top steriliser, has caused the back of the shell to stretch and now they leak or come apart in my bra soaking my clothing, which is really uncomfortable. Defeats the purpose of it and while I understand this could happen with any brand I wouldn’t expect it to happen over just 5 weeks. Would not buy again. Not fit for regular use.

They are OK, I would have preferred the full silicone ones that my friend has they don't have the hole in the top, when I bend over it spills out so not very good when your picking baby up.

It isdoing what I expect

This photo is from one night, and I am so glad to have been able to save the milk and also not leak all over the bedding. Comfortable to wear and easy to look after. I don't leave reviews much but this is a must for a new mum.

I was recommended these by a friend and by my midwife due to cracked/bleeding nipples when my baby had tongue tie, they are brilliant and nipples healed within a couple of days. Bonus they also collected 5oz milk in a day!

They could be very good for collecting leaking milk, but the hole for the nipple is too centered leaving not enough space to collect all the milk coming out while nursing, and also it’s not anti-spill, you will find yourself placing it on a surface and accidentally all the milk will spill out. I had to return them as I have lots of milk leakage while nursing and found these pretty useless
