Excellent book on how to use right words in selling at the right time

The book is about how to convince and sell something to customers, mostly useful to salesmen. Although the author says, these can be used in other fields and scenarios, I doubt it.. These kind of approaches has been beaten to death, all the people who tried to sell me something, those pests who want to sell Amway, Insurance, and all the other 99 unnecessary things I dont want, have tried the techniques in this book on me. Now if someone tries these ideas, it would be very unoriginal, strange, disrespectful to the other person. Anytime someone trying to sell something to me hard, wont get my respect.

The words which it describes are really helpful. I am writing this after few days of implementing. Important thing is to know the situation when to use the right words.. it means what’s the right time. Sometimes I realized that I miss the opportunities. But, hey! Everything is a learning. And language is very important. It’s not what your express, it’s how you express. And without expression it’s nothing in this world. Words mean everything and right words mean a lot.thank you Phil.
