8-Inch Nonstick Springform

Very nice.

This works great. I used it to fit into my large instapot to make a cheesecake and it worked flawlessly.

Pros: This pan is definitely good for the price. I've made a few cheesecakes in it so far and it's held up well to short bursts of high heat (~12 minutes @ 550F) without warping, and the locking mechanism closes tightly and opens/closes smoothly. Cons: Pan is advertised as non-stick, and on the sides it is. However, the first cake I made in it I neglected to spray the bottom of the pan and the little ridges took pieces out of the bottom of the cake when I took the pan off. But, spraying it with cooking spray fixed that the next time. The bottom can also take some finagling to get into the slot it sits in when locked. Overall, I'd recommend this pan if you can't/don't want to spring for the really expensive ones. It works pretty well.

This is a great product. It is non-stick. The inside dimensions are exactly 8". It does not leak. It cleans up easily. Don't be fooled by the price. It is better than products costing four times as much.

It is not a 7” pan, it is 6.5” at best. Also bought the 8” which is a genuine 8” inner diameter. Yes it will fit in a 6qt instant pot with a lot of room on both sides.

I use this all the time as an InstantPot insert. What a great accompaniment to the appliance. It allows me to create dishes that could not otherwise be cooked in the InstantPot due to ingredients such as dairy, creams and thick bases.

This is the perfect size for cooking cheesecakes in my Instant Pot, a discovery that will add at least three inches to my husbands waist line. The seal is perfectly tight around the removable bottom allowing me to skip the step of wrapping the pan in foil before baking. I've used this repeatedly and never had a leakage issue, either batter leaking out or water seeping in.

You can't ask a lot from a springform pan, but this one provides most of what you can ask. It's easy to put the cylinder on the bottom, because you just rest them both on a level surface and close, no need to match the parts. The non-stick has worked well in the non-challenging use I've given it -- cheesecake with a well-buttered graham cracker crust. It does not look like anything will rust. It is not waterproof, so using it with a recipe which calls for immersing the pan will require foil wrapping. And it doesn't include a storage lid. Those are minor points but I drop a point as a result, but I'm very happy with the purchase.
