And it was so close to great...
I think that everyone that has even infrequently made online purchases has that "oh, drat" moment with one purchase or another. I, personally, have bought some products and gotten either less or more than I thought I was buying because the picture(s) was misleading. I bought something recently that was much smaller than I had thought because the dimensions listed in the product description/details section were for the whole package...not the product within said packaging. This is one of those moments.I usually peruse through several reviews to see if there are any hidden "gotchyas." In this case, it is a phone case. I like the idea of the flip out ring/kickstand. That feature is actually pretty nice & very usable. I also liked the idea of the built-in metal plate for magnetic phone mounts, and I was planning a follow-up purchase for a mount or two. This case also comes with two screen protectors. I was slightly impressed that they did not just throw in those, but they also included their own little install kits...each in its own little sealed bag--includes a couple guide stickers, a dust grabbing sticker, an alcohol wipe, and a mini micro-fiber cleaning cloth. Price for value, I have to give them a full 5 out of 5 score. What is not in the product details is support for Qi wireless charging. It is in several of the Q&A write-ups and in the reviews section, but I had not read those. And, I can absolutely confirm that they are all correct. The metal plate & ring assembly makes this case incompatible with my Qi wireless chargers. In hindsight, I should have realized this or at least read through some Q&A and reviews where I could have learned this truth. C'est la vie. With that said, it really should be a part of the upfront product description. This may seem a bit nit-picky, but I think that there should be some kind of documentation on how the product designer(s) intended the screen protectors to be installed. I took a guess and it came out good...even though I did not quite know how to use the guide stickers. I have included a picture that shows the stickers (guide & dust absorber), cleaning cloth, alcohol wipe, the bag that they come in, and a screen protector in its protective foam rubber wrap/sleeve.The case is good, and I feel that it would perform well. The overall package is awesome with a case, two screen protectors and the kits to install them. Unfortunately, this case does not work for me, and I will be searching for a replacement. I am only subtracting a star because the product details really needs to forewarn about the case not being compatible with wireless chargers.

Amazing case.
Bought it for my fianÄe after getting him a new phone for fathers day & looked for the perfect case since we have a almost 2 year old who takes our phones and bolts because its just funny to him. I needed some durable & this is definietly durable. He had a phone case just like this one with his old phone & that phone went through hell and back & never cracked or damaged the phone itself, just the case. Anyway, i highly recommend and i feel comfortable with my 2 year old holding his brand new phone when in this case. It comes with a screen protector too so thats a huge bonus. As well as a back up screen protector.

Perfect for me
Case fits my phone perfectly. Super easy install. Love the built-in flip-up ring and metal plate for the magnet mount in my car. The opening for the charging port is large enough that any of my charging cables still easily attach to my phone. While much sturdier and it looks a little bulkier than my previous slim case, it feels easy to hold and lightweight. The screen protector that came with the case was easy to apply, although it would have been nice to get even some basic instructions on how to do it. Luckily I've installed many screen protectors so I knew what to do, but for some people it may be nice to have some instructions.Happy with my purchase so far.

Designed to Fail
This case was designed to fail. If you need a rugged case, then this is not the case for you. The case looks nice and has a nice feel, but the flaws are insurmountable. The following are reasons why this case is designed to fail. I purchased four of these units in multiple colors, to cover the iphone 11.⢠The materials are not military grade.⢠The precision molding looks good, but flaws can be found from flash marks and burns which can indicate weak spots and crooked mold seems. Anyone who deals with plastic injection knows what I mean. Flaws were on each of the cases I purchased.⢠The metallic ring on the back is joke. If lay the case face down and set a magnet on top you can feel a slight magnetism pull. But donâtâ expect the ring to hold anything. I tested using a magnet attached to a filing cabinet. The phone did not even try to stick. I took the phone out of the case. Same thing the case alone did not even try to stick.⢠As long we are discussing the ring. It protrudes the back. The phone does not lay flat. The phone slides all over the place. Careful here, that slide on a counter top might cause the phone to hit the hard tile floor. This flawed feature drives me crazy because I often lay my phone down to peruse apps and such. With the ring assembly on the back, it rocks and slides all over the place.⢠The ringsâ ability to rotate and serve as a stand is ok but it only is useful for landscape position. The ring is too flimsy to stand in portrait position.⢠The screen protector glass looks like what I bought at the dollar store for my old phone. Itâs a good thing they shipped an extra. Just like what you would by at the dollar store you will need the extra one. I chipped one out of the box while installing it.⢠The corner bumpers are made of flexible (bendable enough to install on the phone) but hard plastic. A person would think if this phone comes off the counter top and hits the hard floor beneath, this will send a shockwave through to the phone. That shock wave could crack the screen, or damage internal circuitry or watertight seals.⢠There is about an 8th inch gap between the protective glass and the bumper. That is huge for a phone. A lot can get in there and destroy the glass underneath. Even flat surfaces such as ceramic tile floor can be dangerous with a gap like that.At this time, I will not be returning these cases for the simple fact I opened and deployed them. I will not be buying anything from this seller in the future. No trust here. Fact that along with these cases came a card that said if I wrote a 5 star review, I could get a free set of earbuds valued at about $33.00. You can tell by the pic of the buds that their value is about $7.00. I know, I received a pair of $7.00 buds before. To get the buds there was two stipulations. I had to write a 5 star review and I was not allowed to mention the card or offer of earbuds. I wonder why? Could it be a bribe to shut up about the actual design flaws of this case? Perhaps it was an incentive to help drive sales of cheap quality goods?Overall, I do not recommend buying these cases for the advertisements to not fit the actual quality. The offer on the card is more of a gimmick than a reward.Itâs to early to really tell if these cases will make the grade. Currently, I am betting no. I just hope the phones survive. If youâre looking for quality, my opinion is to move on to another brand.

Great value
This case is a steal for the price and extras. It comes with two glass screen protectors and single use installation kit which in includes an alcohol prep pad which I thought was pretty smart to do. I like the slim profile and the kick stand works well so far. For the price you canât beat it.
