I bought this to clean around my son's j-tube. I really like the spray function. It makes it easier to use. It works really well. I've bought it twice so far and plan to keep purchasing in the future.

Worked great on a Decubitus ulcer, bed sore, when nothing seemed to help. It was a grade 2 Decubitus ulcer on the skin over the Sacrum just above the coccyx, tailbone. This spray cleans the slough, dead cells, away so the new cells could grow in and heal. I just sprayed it on then rinsed it off with sterile saline, just a little bit then put on a salve then a dressing. Changed the dressing every two days because it helped so much. It works! This product is great stuff.

I foster dogs that require medical care prior to adoption. They tend to have skin wounds such as scraps, punctures, collar/tie wounds, burns, road rash, or just general open wounds. This cleanser is fantastic for cleaning wounds. I use this to clean and debride the wounds (the spray force helps to clear out funk from the wounds). Bonus: the dogs do not seem to react to the spray. I also use this to keep surgical incisions clean. To note: I did use the cleanser on an open wound on myself (cut my foot on glass) and it did not burn or sting when applied. Felt like cool water. When I use it for the dogs, they do no seem to flinch away so my thinking is this cleanser does not burn on sting or cause more pain.

Been swearing by this stuff for years. It staves away infection and just makes the cut/burn feel much better, much quicker then other products I’ve used.

This is a good choice for making sure your surgical wounds are clean, rinsed, your skin conditioned and even for spraying on those paper bandage tapes (or latex tapes) you are removing for bandage changes. I knew it was going to be a while before I could be sure I didn't need to rebandage the wounds, so this size fit my needs at the time. I'd purchase again if I need to.

Really works wells, especially when you need to change your dressing more than once a day. No stinging. Was worried about buying this but it’s exactly what I needed.
