It works on Southbend slgs/12sc convection oven
I have four commcerical southbend convection oven. I order two lighters, and it works.

Don't ignore all these negative reviews like I did!
Failed second day after installation. After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to buy from the manufacturer...Until I discovered it was out of stock and the cost was like $200! That's out of line for such a simple artifact. So I bought this one hoping that I might get an accidental golden on out of the fabrication lot. No joy. Lesson learned. DON'T IGNORE LOTS AND LOTS OF REVIEWS SAYING THE SAME THING! O well, that's what makes life interesting! If all were roses and sunshine, we soon forget to even smell the goodness.

failed after one week
I ordered 2 of these just in case there was a failure. One was installed and a week later I was called back because the oven was failing to light. Ignitor failure! failed to the "open" state, ie no resistance/ohms. Voltage to ignitor was within specs. Used second one from order to replace bad one installed a week ago. Will be applying for a refund/replacement!
