Q: Where can i find a replacement band for this specific watch?

It has a 20mm lug width, so that is the size band you need. I am sure Skagen sells replacements, but any 20mm width band will work. Check those by Barton on Amazon. Good luck.

Q: Does the date go out of sync and need constant adjustments?

Set the date before 12 Noon and the date will change the second time the watch passes 12 ... that is, at midnight. You will also have to manually move the date forward at the end of 30bday months (or 28 day months).

You can adjust the time 12 hours forward or back to ensure the date is correct on the watch.

The instructions were not very clear but here is how I got mine to change dates at the appropriate time. First, to change the date pull the stem out part way. I assume you got that part. The following in how this watch works to change the date. It is a 12 hour watch and the date changes every 24 hours. So, the hour hand changes the date every two trips around past 12 - either NOON or MIDNIGHT. Therefore, you must set the date with the stem half way out in the morning before 12 noon. The watch , apparently, then assumes the time as AM on the date set. So, when the watch reaches 12 NOON, the date doesn't change. But, the next time the watch gets to 12 it takes that as 12 MIDNIGHT and moves the date up one. And, on it goes. The date wheel has 31 marks. So, in months with only 30 days, you need to move the date manually passed 31 (which the watch moved the date to automatically) to 1, the actual date. You have to do that in the morning before 12 NOON - otherwise the watch will get out of sync. I assume that your watch has been changing the date at NOON - not MIDNIGHT. This works for me. Hope it helps.

Loses time

Every month or so I have to fix the time, this watch is constantly losing a few seconds a day. This is unfortunate because I love the way it looks

Did not work

Liked the look of this watch, but the one important quality of a watch is that it functions. This watch ran for two days and then just stopped, Time froze. It was perpetually 7:04. Not useful.

Nice quality leather for the band

I Iike the big face on this watch. Nice quality leather for the band. When my husband first tried to put it on the buckle part of watch came off but we figured how to put it back together. No problems since then.
