8-Hour Sleep: Rest and Sleep Support Formula (30 powder packets)

First off, I had great confidence that these would be good as I absolutely LOVE their hydration packets. I've used them for a couple years. They're great when you're feeling a bit icky or if it's really hot out. Always surprised how great I feel just after one water bottle with them. I've had REALLY insomnia for several years. Lots of anxiety, brain won't shut down, etc. Lately it's gotten even worse. It takes me HOURS to settle for sleep and then I'm waking up every couple of hours. At most I've been getting about 5 hours of sleep a night. Some nights only TWO!!! I used one of these packets last night and just a few minutes later felt comfortably sleepy. Went to bed and within MINUTES I had fallen asleep. I slept 8 hours and only woke once around 7 a.m. for a couple of minutes. Today I feel great - well rested and was ready to get up MUCH earlier than I usually do. Thanks for making a product that actually WORKS, tastes great AND is all natural!

Great product. Helps me sleep

This product is the only one that works for me! I've had trouble falling asleep for the past 30 years and sometimes waking up in the middle of the night. Also, I always felt as if I hadn't slept much. The first day I took this product, I fell asleep like a log and felt refreshed like never before. I've used it for months now, every day, and it still works amazingly well. Once in a while I add one dose if I am really too energetic and don't want to sleep and it works despite me not wanting to sleep! I love this! Also I never feel groggy waking up the next day. This isn't hype or falsely enthusiastic review. I don't know what I would do without it. It's also delicious. I add ionic fizz calmag to it. My husband loves it too and uses it when he has to get up at 4:30 once or twice a month. He used to spend the night half awake those days, but now he sleeps very deeply and wakes up refreshed. Well I can't say enough about this product. Dr Price, keep up the good work!

I had been waking up at night and had a hard time getting back to sleep or sometimes I'd have a hard time getting to sleep and would lay awake for an hour or more. Then I started taking Sleep Vites. They started working right away. I was getting to sleep faster and staying asleep through the whole night. I was regularly getting between 7-8 hours of sleep! My husband was experiencing the same thing but on a larger scale. He'd go to bed around 10:30, wake up at 1 or 2am, then be awake and couldn't get back to sleep. The bummer was he'd have to get up at 4:30 or 5:00am in the morning. He's in construction and will sometimes drive long distances if he has a job out of town. So when he started taking the Sleep Vites, he started sleeping solidly and through the night. This helped him with work too. If he had to do a 4-5 hour drive to get home at the end of the week, he'd be able to stay awake on the road and not have to stop to take a nap. This stuff has been a miracle worker for our family! It works!

These are amazing. When I need something to help me sleep, these are great! They really work for me.
