My fave, bought second pair
Update 4/12/26 - I just love updating my reviews :) I still use these compression gloves, Both pairs and the ones at work are still going strong With the grippies. My autoimmune disorder is better controlled now with medication, so I don't have to use them very often anymore, but they've held up fine in the wash in a lingerie bag and I've just hung them up to air dry. Like on a Pants hanger. I do think Dr. Frederick's has very good quality. However, their wrist brace I bought is coming undone at the seams so that bothers me. But these compression gloves are wonderful!! UPDATED REVIEW: I bought another pair without the grippies and the compression still helps :) I still wear the grippies at work all the time. I think these are my favorite pair of compression gloves so far. The fingers just fit my short & stubby fingers. I don't have to push the fabric down or anything. They just work! Also, i'm not sure how many months it's been, but the grippies are still on my work compression gloves. Adding some new photos, hoping that helps you :) ORIGINAL REVIEW: So I wore them all day at work today, and I really think they helped with my pain. The little grippies are still on and it was beneficial for my work (I'm a pharmacy technician). I liked them enough that I left them in my smock at work on purpose!! Regarding the little grippies, I was careful with my gloves today and I did not run my hand down my stair banister. We'll see how long the grippies last :) but I can imagine buying these again if needed.

Lifesaver!
My husband had bad finger cramping in the morning. Since wearing these, no more cramps! So comfortable he forgets to take them off when drinking his coffee.

Info for those with Reynaud’s
These fit my hands well and provide a good compression effect which does seem to help with some joint pain and inflammation (though I think that would be stronger if they were tighter). However, the fabric isn’t just breathable, it seems to have a strong cooling effect. So, I would avoid these if you have Reynaud’s syndrome, or only wear them when you’re uncomfortably warm.

Helps with pain, started to fall apart immediately
I've had them for a little over a week. They really do help with my hypermobility pain, which is great. But they are already falling apart! The grip dots are just falling off (look at my index finger in the photo) and the hems at the finger tips are already starting to fray. After a WEEK

Functional, not too tight
I tried the DFO compression gloves without the "grippy dots" at first. They're super comfy, snug but not too tight, and apply just a bit of pressure all around. The wrists aren't snug, but they don't droop or flop around. My hands have been freezing and swollen lately and I do a lot of typing, and the regular gloves allowed me to continue computer work without any hiccups. They aren't great for doing a lot of other things, though - don't try to pick up a can of soda from the side, for instance. It'll slip right through. Driving is bad, too. So I tried a different brand I found here, came in a 2-pack, with grippy stuff on the palms. The recommended size turned out to be super tight around my hands, and flopped around from my thumb down! Sent those back. Ordered the grippy version of DFO next. Learned my lesson!! They fit just as good as the regular, maybe a tad more snug, which is fine (might just be because they're brand new), and loose enough around the wrists to not restrict motion but to remind you they're there. These are awesome for things like driving, or if you have to do housework, etc. They do NOT let me work with a mouse or keyboard, though - I can't slide my hands around at all! Those little grippy dots are pretty fierce! I haven't tried to wash either pair yet, but if I do it'll be either by hand or in a gentle load & air dry. Not sure if the tension/tightness will change. (I fold the cuffs or pull a long-sleeved shirt inside if I'm feeling particularly sensitive to the tags others have mentioned as "pesky". On one glove, the tag is on the inside, and I actually don't mind it much. However, the other glove has a tag sticking out, and that means the short stubby part of the tag can poke the side of the wrist.)

Does what I expected
These are a very good fit for me, almost on the verge of being too tight, but not quite. The fabric is thick enough to hold in some heat but not so thick that I'm sweating. The light comprssion is just right. Some of this is luck, I got the large but I also have thin fingers. If I had thick fingers I'm sure the large would be too tight. My hands are healed enough that i can get them on and off but it's not "easy" to do so and if you have very painful hands it may be very hard to get these on unassisted. I've seen a lot of stitching complaints but so far mine look very well made, I'll update if they start to fall apart. On the style front, i just like how these look and they're not embarrassing to wear at all. I'd say if in any doubt, size up. I'm a medium in most everything but went with large and it's still almost too tight.

Poor stich
The hand gloves I purchased had poor stitch quality, and unfortunately, the stitching tore after minimal use. Disappointed with the product's durability.
