I googled the nutrition info for all 3 flavors (Nacho, Cheddar and Sea Salt) and each has 18g of Carbs and 2g of Fiber per 1 oz. serving.

What makes this snack “cheddar flavor” while it contains no cheese? Does it actually taste like cheddar?

My cheddar cheese-loving daughter agreed with me that the only cheddar with these crackers is the writing on the box. Nothing in the taste. Bought at Costco, consider it very deceptive to have "cheddar flavor" on the box.

Is the palm oil refined or unrefined?

I think it has canola oil because you read the description of ingredients; the next word starts with a C. It seems there wasn't enough space left in that section to finish the last ingredient name.
