!!!!! READ BEFORE YOU BUY !!!!!
~~~~~~~~ READ BEFORE YOU BUY!! ~~~~~~~~At first, I was hesitant because of the price of this coffee, but surely this is not a fake review [ Want proof? I'm a flavored coffee loving ice bear. ] and I'm amused by the fact that this product has no reviews at the time of me writing this!? It is such an amazing coffee, definitely not a viable option for everyday usage because of the price, but if you're like me and drink coffee whenever you feel like it or 1-2 times a week, it is definitely worth it or atleast trying it out once. If you're just here for the pros and cons of the coffee, here they are! or perhaps a review..?~+~ Pros ~+~Premium Feel.The bottle it comes in is of good quality, also useful for storing other coffee's that come in bags or pouches or anything you feel like inside it, a plus point is that it comes packaged in a glass bottle which feels strong but MIGHT not be.. so be careful.Amazing Smell/ScentYou smell the very flavor of the coffee as soon as you open up the bottle and it stays. I finished the bottle in about a month and the strength of the scent was as strong as I were opening it the first day. I had bought hazelnut and it's smell was quite unique than the normal coffee you'd get.Good Flavor.It has decent flavoring, but not too much as to where it would overpower the normal coffee flavor, It has a distinct and unique taste, you taste a bit of the flavor the first time you take a sip, but if you're just drinking it, you don't see the taste that much, it doesn't remain in your mouth and isn't annoying but calm and tasteful for as long as you sip it. Some of my friends have liked it very much, whereas some didn't, so it would be a personal choice aswell, be careful whether you like the blueberry taste/hazelnut taste before buying for yourself or anyone, make sure they like the flavor! [ I usually add 1.5 tbspn of coffee to 300ml of milk which has about 50ml of water or something close! ]Sweetness.The coffee itself is NOT sweet, I've tried it without sugar/honey and it definitely isn't sweet, I like my coffee sweet so I tend to add 3 tsp of sugar or 2tsp of honey along with it which for me balances the sweetness and the flavor of the coffee well! It's also a process of experimenting how much sugar/honey you want and or like in your coffee!Best made HOT or COLD?I'm a huge fan of cold coffee's and I had my try at making one with this too, hot coffee usually retains the flavor and sweetness a lot better than cold coffee according to my taste tests? I guess.. but nonetheless you will have a very sweet and a enjoyable taste either HOT or COLD, for the cold coffee, I've never tried adding cream/ice cream, I've just frozen it overnight and allowed it to melt back down, which turned out to be pretty good cold coffee on its own! So you can enjoy this both hot and cold, yay! :D[ My recipe for the best overall coffee I found at the last note! ]~-~ CONS ~-~Expensive.Without a doubt, this is expensive coffee at 5 rupees per gram, If you drink A LOT of coffee, this might not be for you due to the price itself, I'd say the 60gm bottle serves its purpose for its price of 300/- if you drink anywhere between 2-4 days and 2-3 times a day for about a month if managed properly! That said it is definitely cheaper than almost any good quality coffee you'd get outside, I'm speaking Starbucks/CCD, etc. There are cheaper options such as chaayos and all but it also depends on if the store is accessible to you. This coffee definitely beats the major ones in pricing. But for a standalone daily coffee, it is quite expensive.Flavored Coffee.The coffee is flavored, according to which one you choose, vanilla/blueberry/hazelnut, So far, after my blueberry one, I've continued to buy it twice again so far and tried the other flavors aswell, every flavor has it's own unique taste and is distinguishable from the others, If you like flavored coffee and are okay with drinking it everytime, this is a great buy, but for someone who doesn't like flavors in their coffee, that might just be a deal-breaker for you. Every single flavor tastes just as it sounds and is worth it for taste. If I had to rate the flavor though, it would be a 85%ish flavor, but it also doesn't overpower the sweet and normal coffee flavor. [ Other brands I've tried tend to overpower the coffee flavor which makes them taste bad! ): ]Not FINE powder.The coffee does have some clumping but it is very small and would not matter if you're using hot milk/water which most of you would be doing, however in the small case that you would be using cold milk/water, the coffee not being a fine powder would affect the dissolving time in the liquid, it takes a longer time to dissolve in colder liquids, you would have to stir it well for a longer time than you would normally. but if you would be using hot liquids, it has no problems and this would not be a con point for you if you're not a cold coffee person! :) nonetheless, it is just more waiting and more stirring of the coffee in colder liquids. [ I've seen much finer powdered coffees that just stick to the spoon and the container its in but dissolves very good and fast in liquids, the fact that this isn't such a fine powder is also one of its pros. It adds more flavor to the coffee than finer powders, it won't stick to your spoon or container unless they're damp, it isn't hard either and breaks down into finer parts when you just push against it too so it isn't a matter where the coffee powder attaches and just forms hard rock like shapes. The only con this comes with is that it takes a while to dissolve fully. ]NOT for everyone.Whether you are ok with all the cons, love the flavors this coffee comes in, this might not be a good choice for you since some people just don't like it either way even though they like the blueberry flavor for example, but end up not liking the blueberry flavored coffee as much so keep that in mind when buying it, that it might not be a perfect choice for everyone. The things that can be adjusted are the creaminess, the sweetness and the strength of the flavored coffee in your mix though, so playing around with the ratios might just change your opinion and make you like the coffee once you've found the perfect mix for you!~~~~~~~~ N O T E ~~~~~~~~Okay so I've bought this coffee 3 times, each of the flavors, blueberry, vanilla & hazelnut, I would recommend this coffee to anyone who like the flavor and drink sweeter coffee! Yes, it does give you a boost in your energy as normal coffee should do, but this just tastes better and different at a pricepoint if you're willing to pay. I've not tried the original coffee of paraiso, the original flavor, since I mostly only buy flavored coffee online and for normal coffee, I'd say a economical brand like nescafe or bru would be just fine and has good taste if you like it.***What's the mix for a perfect coffee for me?***Milk, with added water to it while boiling the milk, depends on how creamy you want the coffee..3 tsp of sugar per 300ml (or) 2 tsp of honey per 300ml (or) 1tsp sugar & 1tsp honey per 300ml0.5-0.7 tbsp coffee powder per 300ml ( also depends on how strong you like your coffee. )Try NOT to add ice cubes to your coffee, instead try to make iced milk cubes if possible just as to not water the coffee down...That's about it, not much to be added other than milk/water and sweeteners like sugar, honey, etc. The coffee will have a flavor of its own according to the flavor you buy and you get to play around with the sweetness/strength/creaminess of the coffee.I've tried making black coffee when I did not have milk around, did not taste that great even with more sugar, but I needed to drink some coffee and it tasted bitter and bad without milk ( I added plenty of sugar.. still didn't make it sweeter, only made it worse. ), so something to keep in mind, but could be that I don't like black coffee too, so.. :P keep in mind. :)######### READ THIS #########If this was helpful, consider marking this review as helpful!
