Very practical - good value for price
I don’t have an oven at home so this is the problem solver: 2 appliances in 1. You can bake, microwave, defrost, reheat. It has a grilling function and a combined convection and microwave function. Deodorizer function also to be appreciated. Larger than regular microwave. I use it a lot. Great invention.

not happy
not heating up like i expected very slow warming

Plates keep breaking
Since I have purchased every two weeks 1 microwaveable dish keeps breaking while warming food for as less as using 30 second warming. On top of that once while baking in middle of 10 min convection mode function going on a crack sound came and the turntable broke. Means some huge problem. All these happened within the warranty period and Samsung customer service is of no help!!!! Guys go for other brand.
