Poor quality. Stopped working within 2 months of purchase. Bought this thinking to support Indian company and delhi based. Around 1 week passed since the complaint was lodged. No one visited to repair till yet. Pathetic quality, poor service. Can’t provide repairs even in Delhi.

The water leakage was the only issue in this iron, rest all was well. The iron was sturdy and light, has good amount of water storage. Leakage was messy
