Why can the SOS call button not be connected to the phone?

This smart call button only supports 2.4GHz WIFI. Please place the button and your phone in the same 2.4GHz WIFI environment for connection.

After the caregiver call button successfully connects to the Tuya APP, can it be taken out for use?

Once paired, the call button needs to be in that WIFI environment at all times (so we recommend using it at home), and the smartphone just needs to be connected to the network.

Why is the phone delayed in receiving notifications or unable to receive notifications？

The product is transmitting the signal through the connected WIFI. The stability and distance of this signal transmission and the speed by related to the customer's router. You can try restarting the router or reconnecting the button.
