Great value simple small pod machine. Coffee tastes really good and is always nice and hot. Note unlike other pod machines, there is no auto stop on the hot water when making your coffee. You have to press the button again when you want it stop. Also note that the pods are not a standard size either, but are much cheaper and just as good as the pods made by the leading pod coffee brand in my opinion. Having had other more sophisticated and expensive pod machines, I have no hesitation in highly recommending this product.

So usually we have had bean to cup machines, they last a couple of years and then go wrong. I am fed up paying for these things.So when the last one went wrong I thought I would try a capsule machine and went for this one with the idea that if the capsule coffee was nice I would get another better machine.Well I don't need to get a better machine as this one is fantastic: the coffee is nice, the machine looks nice, it takes up very little room, is easy to use and is easy to clean.It is a big hit in this house.Highly recommended.

Makes great coffee easily

Edit: I loved this machine but had to return it as it developed a fault. It wouldn’t heat up and the ‘ready’ light would not stop flashing no matter what I tried. Gutted as I really loved it.I am very happy with this. I used it for the first time this morning and added creamy frothy milk with the addition of my trusty Lavazza milk frother I bought a few years ago. Perfect cappuccino. It looks good in my kitchen too.

Just the right sizeVery satisfied

I bought this machine on 23 August 2023. It worked well for 3 months and the coffee was excellent for what comes out of a pod. However, after 3 months, it started to leak water all over the work surface. Rather than being filtered through the coffee, the hot water just poured down through the machine instead. If I use the machine now, I have to watch it constantly in case it starts spilling water. 60 percent of the time, the filtering process fails and I have to clean the surface and reinsert the pod or put a new pod in. Considering that this seems a recurrent complaint from other reviewers, there is no way I could recommend this machine as it's not worth the 80 quid for 3 months reliable service before it plays up like this. I don't know where it was made but I am very disappointed by Lavazza for selling such an unreliable product.

Perfect compact coffee maker. So easy to use, I bought this as a second one to keep in our van when we are away on holiday.

Wanted a machine that's compatible with all the 'fits Nespresso' pods out there. After 10+ years of a popular alternative machine and pods, when my old machine stopped working I was looking forward to changing over to this one. It arrived yesterday and it looks great, it's probably easy to use, but it's going straight back today as it doesn't give me what I need. The specific pods for this are too expensive and not easily obtainable, and limited in variety. I'll keep looking.
