Sturdy, Compact, and Perfect for Versatile Workouts!
I got the older version and it’s been rock-solid for home workouts. It’s very sturdy, handles a variety of exercises and stretches, and the fold-in feet make it easy to store when not in use. Though the newer version looks nice.I use it in tandem with these resistance band straps: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BHN3VL57?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title and the bar and board from this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CZHDZ3B?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title for resistance-style bench pressing.Pros:✅ Sturdy & Stable – Handles heavy resistance and bodyweight without wobbling✅ Foldable Design – Easy to tuck away when not in use✅ Comfortable Padding – Great for longer sessions or stretching✅ Pairs Perfectly with Resistance Gear – Great base for band-based bench workCons:❌ None so far!Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a compact, reliable flat bench, this one punches well above its weight. Perfect for resistance band setups, bodyweight routines, or stretching—it’s a home gym essential.

Get the newer version!
Perfect bench. Ridiculous value. Firm, stable, comfortable and made of quality materials.Don’t bother ordering the older cheaper model that requires bolts and nuts to assemble. The newer one in the photo comes preassembled. All you need to do is remove the 2 lock pins (pictured), lower the legs, and reinsert pins. What is NOT shown in the instructions, and must be a new design revision, is 2 bolts with plastic gear handles (pictured) need to be removed before lowering the legs and need to be removed and reinserted once the legs are lowered. It seems FlyBird wants you to be double covered from any bench instability. It seems like overkill but better safe than injured.I purchased this bench at $88.99 which makes it in a class by itself for a durable, affordable and storable weight bench. I’m sure if you’re looking for a super heavy duty bench that will support huge weight it may not be the best fit. But if you’re like me and use this with sub-100 pound dumbbells and bodyweight work, I think you’ll be more than pleased.

Cushion indents
I like the bench and the overall concept but the way they packaged it caused the bars to sit on top of the bench cushion which left indents that have not raised.Update:Seller reached out to me regarding the indents in my cushion. They promptly sent me another one. This one had no flaws. Couldn’t be happier.

Impressive
I say this as a former college athlete and a lifelong weightlifter: this thing is rather impressive. It's much more sturdy than I had anticipated and folds away nicely. It does well in my small space.

Great bench for workout
I build a small gym at home, and I really like using this bench. Great size, folds nicely so I can stow it under the bed.

Great for most workouts.
The bench is sturdy and good quality but... the foam padding is way to hard, when trying to do hip thrust it hurts your back if you can do them at all because the bend is really high. I will probably be returning it.Update:So I kept the bench in the end, I have been using it for a while now (almost 4 months), and I had to increase the rating to 5 stars, because even though I cannot use it for hip thrusts which is what I bought it for in the beginning, the truth is, it has been great for other exercises such as Bulgarian split squats, step ups, seated leg raise with resistance bands, single leg RDL's, I even use it with regular RDL's since it hits the right spot in the back of my legs to give me support for better form. It has also worked great for seated good mornings, and it has also been a great support bench for the days when I do back, chest and tricep exercises. It is sturdy, well made, quality, it really holds up, I am so glad I didn't return it, it is great for the price. I still don't recommend you buying it for hip thrusts, but I do recommend it for pretty much for everything else.

Unnecessary Steps
I have a small gym, so I wanted a foldable bench. I am in the gym everyday doing everything from yoga to lifting weights. The configuration of the room changes depending on what I am doing, so the bench gets setup and taken down daily.I bought the Flybird because it was highly rated and a little cheaper than others. It is pretty decently constructed and works well. The reason I am giving it only three stars is the manufacturer did not really think out the folding process. There are two pins that need to be removed when folding or setting up the bench….pretty straight forward. My issue is with the knobs on each end of the bench that are used to lock the legs in place. Unfortunately, the manufacturer made the threaded part about half an inch short. Because of this, you have to take the knobs all the way out when breaking down the bench. That’s two extra steps that would not be needed if the things were longer. If the were longer you could simply back the things out until you could fold the legs down.Sound sort of nitpicky…..did I mention I put the thing up and take it down everyday? For me, having to remove and install four items during the setup/breakdown process is unsatisfactory.
