Perfect for 7-8 year olds

These books are truly amazing and right in line with what my 7/8 year old daughter, who happens to also have divorced parents though not remarried, needs. It is on a level where the character has common experiences and worries, so is highly relatable. Life lessons are even built in. 10/10 recommend

4 stars from my not interested in reading 7 year old

I have bought so many books for my 7 year old that I thought she would like including Narwhal and Jelly and Wayside school. She wouldn’t read any until I bought this series. The large size of the color illustrations makes a big difference. I’m hoping we’ll make it through the entire boxed set!

Perfect for girls just starting to read but not quite able to read the classics yet. I just couldn't wait to introduce a series I loved so much as a child to my girls and they seem to really enjoy them!
