Essential H2 Fizzy Molecular Hydrogen Tablets for Water Nutritional Supplement (Unflavored, 30 Servings)

TLDR; 5 minutes to dissolve. Has a tiny bitter taste. Be motivated to drink more water. I feel better. Do not- I repeat- DO NOT drink the water before the tablet is completely dissolved! I made that mistake once and just about puked lol. Once they are dissolved, that flavor goes away and there's just a tiny bit of bitterness left. I don't think it is bothersome, but if you are very sensitive to tastes, then you may want to look elsewhere. I ordered these hydrogen tablets because of the good reviews. And I have wanted/needed way to feel better and especially to become less hydrated. They have made me feel better, but whether I feel better for more water or for these tablets, I can't tell you. They make me drink more water, so it is a plus either way. You can take them 2-4 times a day, so I keep track of taking them at different time intervals with alerts. Come to think of it, I should just set alerts to drink water ;) . But there is something about taking them though- it makes me feel more motivated to drink water, so if anything, there is that. It's really up to you to decide if they are right for you. Everyone is different!

Flavors not horrible. Haven't noticed anypain relief. Not even sure if it's done anything honestly. I would hate to say it doesn't work or it does work. I just haven't noticed any changes.

There are few of these dissolving products on the market. This one has a different dissolving time, with a different taste. I have purchased 3 bottles so far. Great product

weird flavor, not as good as alka seltzer, kind of like a bland sour. didn’t notice any difference in pain relief or how i was feeling. WASTE OF MONEY, it’s literally a dollar per tablet, and FALSE ADVERTISING, they are not fizzy, i bought these in the hopes of it being similar to a seltzer or something, i would have been happy with even just a little fizz, but there was absolutely ZERO FIZZ. very disappointed and wish i could return. MORE FALSE ADVERTISING: the tablets are not white, they are a dark blueish greenish purplish grey color and turn the water that color.

definitely adds to my daily water and makes me feel a bit more clear, there is a slight taste but not bad

The product description states 60 and the price per count indicates 60 (.50 per tab) but the bottle only has 30 tablets. That's dollar per tablet. Turns water sour with unpleasant smell. Too early to know if it helps at all.

Popping a tablet in12-16 ozs of water of water makes the water light and very easy to drink all at once. It has made keeping hydrated enjoyable.
