I like this bar a lot, but the chocolate flavor doesn't really stand out. I do like the mix of dates, almonds, cinnamon...the texture is dense and filling, not too sweet. I usually pair it with my black coffee.

I'm very familiar with the hazelnut coffee maca bar. I originally bought about five years ago in Traverse City, MI & liked so much I went to Amazon & would order for myself, gifts & so would my husband.I noticed the beginning of this year the Thunderbird bar I liked was a lot thinner and would easily fall apart with the first bite. I wasn't happy box of 12 bars I purchased 30 days ago went up from $24.48 to $37.37... that is 12.89 more...yikes !! You'd think that a good regular customer should be recognized with a bonus bar now and then...not a 30% hike in price...feeling sad
