In this short book you will find a lot of practical tips and advise. Its not a theoretical concept style of book, but one that is about what a leader can implement in practice. The book is well structured and easy to read. I have read a lot of management books, and this one has a lot of useful ideas. It may be too simplistic for some who are already "experts", but it's still worth the read.

If you’ve been in a leadership role long enough to have a cup of coffee you’ve heard everything this guy writes about. He basically summarizes other peoples stuff into one book. I’m giving him 2 stars because it’s an easy read and a good quick reference but if you’re looking for actual new information or some “secret to success”, keep looking.

Loved this book. Reference it regularly and suggested it as a great read for my work peers.
