Super yummy as one side 'sandwitches,' crunchy, and stupid healthy! I buy them in bulk
I love these things. I can't do wheat, and a lot of the wheat free breads have a lot of ingredients and are expensive. These are so stupidly healthy. One ingredient (maybe salt too I forget.) They are also actually decently low calorie! I REALLY like crunchy things, and healthy gluten free crackers are pricey. So I buy these in bulk! I looove making little one sided sandwitches with them! They are also great with nut butters, I like laughing cow light cheese and a bit of jam. They are perfect for everything!

Absolutely stupendous!
These are crisp and crunchy, yet they break where my teeth crunch without dumping the rest of the cracker (and topping) in my lap. They're a great lunch or light dinner idea: I've been known to mix a can of tuna with oil into mayo and slather it on the crackers. Or I've smashed a fresh avocado with mayo and, again, slathered. Best of all, this variety of WASA has 3 grams of fiber PER CRACKER! This is right up there with beans and avocados in terms of my fiber needs. I've also found that, if kept in the paper wrapping, they stay crunchy a long time (like about a year in the basement before I could start eating grains again). Seriously...give them a try!

Surprisingly filling
I did not know what I was getting when I bought it. It’s the first time I bought something with a lot of fiber content. They fill you up quick. They’re sturdy, thick and bigger than I thought. You can put lots of things in them. I put ham and cheese on and in the oven. They come out great.

Nice and crispy
This flatbread, it's nice and crispy, and it goes very well with just about any kind of cheese. I also use it with lunch, meats and peanut butter and jelly. I keep it in the house because it's very good with cheese, and also, in case I run out of bread. You can't just keep bread in the cupboard. And have it last for a long time. But you can with these.

Excellent plus.
Assuming easy to spread means easy to put potted meats or cream cheese on them? They... didn't do well with that question. I ordered these hoping for crackers which would work with a ketosis diet and diabetes. A lot of labels look good, but when the food hits the table, it doesn't work. These work exceptionally well! I have used them for snack, with cream cheese and deli meats, in the place of crackers in several ways, and have used them to replace croutons! I absolutely love croutons, and these work for that. Further, they haven't spiked my blood sugar, and don't seem to cause any odd problems. On top of that, I was expecting a bunch of tiny crackers. Like toy food. Many breads, and such, for keto, are very small. Using serving size as a work-around that really doesn't work. These are full size crackers, and more. Plus, the serving size isn't half or a third of a cracker. It is, by my count, six crackers (individual squares). They arrive in two squares per cracker, and my diet can easily allow three of those if I so desired. I am extremely happy with everything about these. Finally, I can have crackers, with soup, as croutons, with sardines, and in so many ways. Just a few times a week, and rarely the whole allowed amount, but... very happy. And they actually taste good. I'm not sacrificing, by eating wallpaper tasting stuff. This actually almost tastes sweet. Like a ritz type cracker. But a wheaty sweet. Very happy.

Healthy snack
They are airy, crisp and crunchy to eat. Low calorie low carb grain cracker. It is alittle dry but with jelly, cream cheese, coconut spread or butter it works great. Now if you put something more liquidy (such as sauerkraut or crumbled in soup it with go soft quickly) which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I make Ruben’s with them and they are easier to eat softer. I eat them quick but in soup I imagine they eventually dissolve. I like them and don’t eat allot of grains because of the carbs but I enjoy these rye crackers at least once a week and be happy to eat them everyday because of the crunch and they make a nice little snack.

Very Good
These Sourdough Bread Crisps arrived fast and unbroken. Very well packed. Tastes great with peanut butter, cheese, even make a small sandwich. They tend to be my go-to snack when I need something to chew. Vert fresh; and expiration was in 2026 (from 7/2025).
