Extremely Disappointed – Sold a Refurbished Laptop as NewI purchased a laptop directly from Dell, believing it was brand new. It arrived in perfect working order, but when I began setting it up, I was shocked to find someone else’s personal information already on the device. After investigating, I was appalled to learn that the laptop was actually refurbished.This led to a complete nightmare: canceling credit cards, changing every compromised password, and trying to erase all traces of my personal data from the system. I trusted Dell to deliver a secure, brand-new device, and that trust was completely broken. This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and unacceptable.

Good Computer
Just know you have to purchase the windows programs separately. They do not come loaded on the computer. Other than that the computer is working great!

Crashed and faulty motherboard
I just bought this in April. Used it for simple tasks like connecting to projector to host zoom meetings. No major data or functions being used. Completely crashed. My tech support says it’s a faulty motherboard. Waste of your money do not buy it. Customer service would not refund or help said too bad. Literally used it 5 times. Unbelievable.
