Kissmart Charger for Samsung Gear Fit 2 (SM-R360) / Gear Fit 2 Pro (SM-R365) - Replacement Charging Dock (NOT Fits Galaxy Fit 2 SM-R220)

Stuck right to my Samsung gear. Super easy to use. Just plug & play. Does not get hot. As far as I could tell. I can take it with me when I travel as well. Helped the battery life of my watch. Color was spot on. Travels well.

I have been using this daily reliably since November 2017 (8 months) and only yesterday I had a problem where I thought my Galaxy Gear Fit2 wasn't charging. The screen on the Fit2 was completely black and no signs of charging. I reached out to Kissmart and they offered to replace it for free since it was within the 12 month warranty. After doing some additional research online, the fit2 was rebooted, and all is well again. The charger never went bad, it was the fit2 which was the issue (and may be user error).I highly recommend this product and buying from this seller (KIssmart) since they stand by there product and customers. This is a great alternative to the original Samsung Gear Fit2 charger at a great price.

My only complaint is how often I need to replace it but my job doesn't exactly make longevity easy. I work for a warehouse style laundry mat so there is no ac. Between the heat and humidity, I go through chargers once a month but the price makes this not as painful. My charges that I keep at home have lasted a long time but the work chargers get replaced often. It charges fast but will not charge if it gets to 95° inside my job.

This dock is extremely easy to use. Just put your watch on it and forget it. It charges pretty fast and doesn't take a lot of space on the table top. It's so compact that I can put it in my purse for trips.

Feels very light compared to the original that came with the watch, which makes it harder to get it to stay stable without the cord pushing it and making the watch not sit right. Even with the watch sitting correctly and holding it in place, the charger didn't work at all, no indication that the watch was charging, which the original at least show it was charging some of the time. Switching back to the original, does still show charging some of the time, so it's not a watch issue.

My only complaint is it's so small that my watch doesn't stay seated and connected very well. When you get it seated just right it charges well and quickly!

This is a great charger, as others have said the charger is virtually identical to the one Samsung produces for a quarter of the cost. I have had a few times with both this and the OEM charger where the Gear Fit 2 would not connect and begin charging. The solution to this is to reset the watch, there is a software glitch that prevents the watch from connecting on occasion, once reset the watch always connects. I would buy this again if I was staying with Samsung. I have switched to the Apple iPhone now and have decided to get myself an Apple Watch in its place.
