To my surprise this product worked BETTER than Biofreeze and it was Less Expensive!!I was dreading taking out my braids because my Hand, Wrist & Upper Arm had been acking all week. I seen this product on Amazon and ordered it instead of the Biofreeze that I had been using even though it hadn't been working. Quick and easy
It's so nice that you just have to shake the bottle and then roll it on your feet and then massage it in. I usually just roll it on my feet and not massage it in because then I would have to get out of bed just to go wash my hands and also put socks on which defeats the purpose. It is quick and easy, so you don't have to do a foot bath.
