Is this cassia or cinnamon? They are different, with slightly different flavor profiles.

Well as the label says it is cassia. But it is so FRESH, I can hardly tell. Very sweet and aromatic. And for the price, it is worth it.

Are these the softer cinnamon sticks or the very hard ones?
