Ergodyne ProFlex 1650 Back Support Belt, 7.5" Elastic, Adjustable, Removeable Straps, Black, Medium

I own 4 of these, have worn them for years when needed. Heavy lifting, put it on. Back pain (for me anyway), put it on and it helps realign my lower back. After a day with it on, I am usually okay again. Stabilizes, great velcro, easy adjustment, high quality material. The only reason I have 4 is that I have worked hard to lose weight and went down 2 sizes. XL worked over 45 inch, large 38 to 45 and medium 32 to 40. I have the small, barely can wear it at 37 but I am setting my goal. Enjoy your new brace, I have for years as a repeat customer.

The Proflex 1650 Economy Back Support Belt is okay in my opinion for the price. I do landscaping and yard work on a regular basis and have been using this belt for the past two weeks. The support is 3 out of 5 stars and comparable to support belts in the $20 range. The support belt tends to ride up from my waist to my mid-section after a period of bending over and lifting cement bags. The front velcro isn't as sticky as I would like it to be so soon I feel the belt will lose it stickiness fairly quickly. I wear size 32 pants so the Medium size belt is perfect for my waist. Overall, the back support belt is good for light lifting and yard work, the price is a bargain for this belt, but if you do heavy lifting and yard work on a regular basis, I would look into a more suited support belt.

Just wearing this product makes one think about correct posture when lifting. We used these to perform a full house move were very pleased with the amount of support it provides to the back.. Much less pain at the end of the day makes this purchase very worthwhile for me. The only drawback is that it does tend to make one feel a quite a bit warmer with this product on... which might be a problem for some in hot weather. But nevertheless, we highly recommend this product.
