Quality and easy to use
Cleaned my inkjet printer that had been sitting for 3 years. I took out the heads, put some solution in the surynge and forced it through the ports so ink would come out. Then the surynge went in the attachments on the head carrier and I sprayed some solution int the pipes and tucked some ink out with the vaccume of the surynge. Worked great. I ran a few papers through the printer and my printer functions again and the print quality is awesome. Well worth spending a little money to save a $250 or so printer.

Incredible Results, Take Your Time
Very easy to use and very effective! Simplified directions for an effective cleaning: 1. Go into your printer menu and have it start a print nozzle cleaning. Be ready to disconnect the power immediately after it starts. 2. Unplug the power once the nozzle cleaning begins. This is important, it stops the printer head from moving and keeps it in an unlocked position. 3. While the printer head is unlocked and the power is turned off, remove your secondary printer cartridges (if equipped) from the movable printhead. Mark each one to help remember the order they go in! 4. With the secondary cartridges removed, you should see 4 little nipples/ports corresponding to each color cartridge. 5. Grab a few paper towels and fold each one 3 times, lengthwise. Place 1 folded paper towel into the tray beneath the printhead assembly to help absorb the mess that is about to come out from it. 5. Use the cleaning kit with the hose/tube FIRMLY attached to the syringe and fill the syringe with the cleaning solution. 6. FIRMLY attach the other end of the hose/tube from the syringe to the nipple/port on your printer and begin applying pressure to the syringe plunger to eject the cleaning solution into the port. Once the syringe is empty, carefully disconnect the hose/tube from the print nipple/port and dab it clean on a paper towel. Now you can refill the syringe and repeat the procedure on the same port to ensure it is cleaned. 7. After the second flushing, slide the printhead over to remove the paper towel beneath it. (It is going to be a soggy mess.) Take your second paper towel to replace the one you just extracted. 8. Repeat steps 5 and 6 (and 7 if necessary). 9. Once you have cleaned all of the ports, dab up any spillage from the bottom of the printhead before you reinstall the secondary cartridges and remove the paper towel from beneath the print head. 10. Reinstall the secondary printheads making sure they go back in the correct order or your prints will come out discolored and odd looking. 11. Run 2 or 3 print head tests on fresh paper to verify the printer is working correctly. It may take 2 (in my case 3) times for this test to complete properly with freshly cleaned ports because it needs to flush out the residual cleaning solution from the ports. 12. Enjoy your Like New printer!

Complete printer cleaning kit.
Nice cleaning set that was exactly as described. It worked well but did not fix my printer problem.

Fiddly, but worked perfectly
It was a bit difficult to figure out access to my inkhead, even after watching their video, but that's not their fault. I have ten minutes of intense fear after I did the cleaning, because I'd paused overnight and didn't notice there was still a sheet of paper in there. Teasing out all the soggy bits used up my quota of luck this month, so RTFM TWICE and doublecheck yourself. Assembling the syringe from random bits and forcing the silicon tube onto the ink stub was not easy. Good fingers, a hemostat or fine plier, and bright light are needed. Not easy. Not fun. But once I got it all done (and undid my paper jam mess) the printer fired up. Didn't tell me one color was out (as opposed to still clogged) but once I found that, eureka! The damn thing is printing again. I used two full syringes, after 6 "head cleanings" still hadn't purged the black, fwiw. I think the full kit would give you one full cleaning, 1x on all four colors. But for me, the black cart is the devil incarnate. If I don't print for three weeks...goodbye. Bottom line? This worked as claimed. Saved me from buying a new printer!

REMOVE THE PRINT HEAD before doing this!
Product works fine, but the instructions are WEAK! 1. The attachments fit, albeit tightly, so use hot water to soften the hose to attach it to the syringe. 2. The instructions show working on the print head while it's still in the printer. I don't know how one would do that successfully. Look up how to remove the print head from your machine. I have a Canon, so the process is relatively straight forward. I don't know how to do that on other brands of printers, but look online at you tube for how to do it. 3. If you aren't comfortable with the minor disassembly of removing the print head, then maybe you should take your printer to a shop for service.

The syringe end pieces don’t fit the syringe
The solution worked. That’s the good news. But buying the kit was worthless. None of the incidental tools included with the syringe (tube and end pieces) fit the enclosed syringe. I used a diabetic syringe I had at home to inject the solution into the printer since I needed something that I could hold at a 90 degree angle.

Excellent product
This product is unbelievable: affordable, easy to use, and compatible with HP Office Jet Pro 6978. After replacing the black ink, the quality report printed all the colors but not black. Upon using a very small amount of this liquid, and left it to dry for about 1 hour, the printer started to print perfectly again. I highly recommend this printer liquid, and will re-order as necessary.

After i didn’t use my printer for couple of days , it wasn’t able to print in colors and black. I tried to fix the problem by deep cleaning option but it didn’t fix the problem at all. I decided to buy this kit and thankfully i did. I followed Youtube videos tutorial and finally the problem is resolved. I highly recommend this kit if you want to revive and clean printer head.
