**Q: does this product help you lose weight im kinda new to berberine??**
A: It helps me to stabilize my weight and my glucose numbers, ultimately my A1C. I have taken Berberine for several years and it works for me without taking prescription medication. Berberine is acknowledged in medical field for use of Diabetes - research it.  I use Bergamot for high Triglycerides and it dropped mine from 194 to 130 in two months of taking it. My opinion - definitely worth a try to avoid prescription drugs.
