I bought this for a good and clean way to get Vit D supplemented for my kids. So far it’s been great. They liked it right from the start and think it’s fun when they have to catch the drops on their tongue. I like that it comes in a dark amber glass bottle to protect ingredients. I tried it myself and it had little to no taste in my opinion which makes it easy to add into any food or drink if it’s difficult to get your kids to take it as is. Great quality in my opinion.

I love that MaryRuth doesn't have dyes in them. It's hard to get my pre-teen and husband to take vitamins, and these make it easy! We use the B12 Complex drops, the vitamin D Gummies for myself, the Vitamin D + B12 for my boys, and the gummy magnesium. We have tried several other of the vitamins, but these are our staples in our home! I gave this one a 4 star only because the flavor/texture is oily on this one, and it's not our favorite - which is why we changed to the gummy vitamins for Vitamin D!
