Ok, these are delicious
I've had konjac noodles many times and this may be my favorite brand yet. Very sturdy, holds up to any recipe. Great texture, absorbs whatever flavor you cook them with. There's no weird smell upon opening which is commonplace with konjac noodles. I also love how thin they are. Let's more sauce cling to each noodle. I can't believe these are effectively calorie free. They're too delicious. Try them with a peanut sauce. The only drawback is the price, but they're still a bit cheaper than most other brands. And tastier.

One of the best.
This is the 4th brand I’ve tried. Yummy. No smell. Doesn’t dissolve or turn to mush. Good level of sturdiness. Tastes like rice noodles/crystal noodles. Realy great. And NO GUILT. Konjac is like the secret to weight loss. You can feel ‘full’ but with no calories. I eat these straight out the packet as they are ready to eat. It’s the easiest thing to reach for. And the packaging with this brand is realy good too. Everything was packed and sealed safely and protected. Good company that makes these noodles because they must care about that. The individual packets are easy to open too. Will buy again at the right time.

Versatile rice and noodle alternative thats easy to cook.
I really like these as an alternative to rice or pasta. They are great and diet friendly. I haven't noticed a smell like other reviews but I rinse them shortly under the tap. They are versatile and also do not take any time to cook, in fact I put them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes before adding them last to a stir fry and this makes a very easy and quick meal. The only downside is that they are very expensive and not something I would afford to eat with every meal.

Great taste and texture
I’ve had many different brands and styles of these noodles over last 3 years but these are my favourite in terms of taste and texture. I use them as hot noodles with sauces, cold in salad dishes and my best thing is to use them in wrapped in rice paper with chicken or prawns with peanut sauce, just like Pho summer rolls yummy!!

Michelin Star Rubber Bands
I recently cooked the noodles, I can only assume was the length of a full Netflix season, I was greeted by something truly magical: edible rubber bands. These noodles had the exact texture of office supplies.Honestly, I wasn’t sure whether to eat them or tie up a bundle of asparagus with them. They bounced back when I poked them with a fork, and I swear one noodle tried to lasso my spoon. It was like dining with a circus act.Five stars for innovation. One star for edibility. Would recommend—if you’re a goat.

Warning *** TIPS & TRICKS! ***
These noodles do not soften or expand when boiling. They literally just add tasteful texture to your meal, but.... they do fill you up. It did cause me to bloat and pass gas a bit more than usual.Leave in a sieve sitting inside a bowl and let warm water run over it for a while to wash out any "fish" smells and jelly. Though I did not notice any fish smell at all but I did wash it well. The jelly version of konjac was banned due to risk of suffocation - and understandly because I did notice it wasn't easy to swallow and wash down into the stomach, so PLEASE chew it properly before swallowing, and drink plenty of water while eating.I would recommend to add it to a soup because it would be easier to hydrate and swallow. Or some kind of stew. Wouldn't be good for a stir fry as they just tangle up and don't absorb much flavour but you can always try.Eat half a pack for your first portion to see how your stomach copes. Don't overdo it, the packs are small but very filling and difficult to chew. You might react more sensitively than others so baby steps.I've been a keto dieter for years and this is something I'll definitely incorporate into my eating regime at least once a week.I'd give it 2 stars for texture and taste but 3 for its usefulness in being almost carb free.

Very Nice
Best of its kind! No fishy smell at all, which is uncommon. The perfect texture (level of chewiness and sturdiness) works well with soy sauce and sriracha.
