I must say, I was impressed enough with this item to write a review - seriously the quality, craftsmanship, the sound these two instruments produce is phenomenal and also even the gift packaging kinda blew me away. I was initially concerned about the “sticks” coming loose from some of the other reviews, perhaps those are from an older version or different item entirely, because the sticks that arrived are molded durable plastic, there is no way they could possibly come apart.. another added benefit of their unique shape with The little bears on the ends where you hold them is a great idea more than just for looks, me saying “hold on to the little bears” and my little one was able to get better technique and produce better sound than she had when banging on her old fisher price one with wheels.. this one sounds awesome and I like the bars have the letter notes and the colors..The harmonica looks and sounds pretty legit, probably the best one (maybe the only one) I have ever actually held (I kinda had to be reminded to share, lol), so I had to look up some songs and found more details on them, this one is a 10 hole (holes are numbered) and clearly labeled it is tuned to c, the letter is printed plainly so that you can hold it correctly without having to “test” it..Highly recommend!

I ordered two of these to give my granddaughters, but immediately after I ordered it I saw something that looked bigger and better and I splurged!!!Today the bigger,better,and triple the price toy arrived and I was so disappointed!!! I opened this xylophone and harmonica to compare the two,and decide which to return.This xylophone is packaged so lovely and lovingly (which I kind of ruined!) and it makes a very nice presentation as a small gift. Then I tried playing both instruments. They didn’t even compare. This was a much better sound quality. The notes on the xylophone sounded great for a toy. You and your child can play a song and recognize what you are playing. They must have fixed the problem with the mallot because mine was all one piece. I didn’t try the harmonica because I’m going to gift it.So fancy wooden xylophone, drum, cymbals, triangle and more are headed back to the store and I’m keeping this xylophone and harmonica set because it is well priced, beautifully packaged and it sounds pretty good!!!

This xylophone is very colorful and very solidly made, which is perfect for toddlers. What attracted me was the safe mallets - a round ball on one end and a cute teddy bear (plastic head) on the other. My 17-month old granddaughter was immediately drawn to it and sat and "played". Her attention span is not real long at this age, but she returns to it often to tap on the bars. The sound is also very good and in tune. The box comes with a few music sheets for simple tunes and is gift wrapped. It does come with a small harmonica - but we put that aside until she is a little older!

This xylophone came in the cutest brown box, with a hand-wrapped twine string and kraft paper tag. I was so pleasantly surprised at the effort and pride this company showed from first glance to the actual product. The xylophone is sturdy and made of good quality materials. The tone "keys" are metal and well painted, and are attached with child-safe pins. The mallets are made from a single piece of plastic...I'm thankful that I don't need to worry about my child pulling it apart and eating it! It is a good size (see the picture compared to a traditional stacking ring you) and the tones are beautifully clear when struck. The two music cards included are stylish and easy to follow. My spouse likes the harmonica more than our child, but I suspect that will change when they get a little older.I am very happy with this product. It is perfect for our 13 month old, and I would absolutely buy it again for children's birthday gifts!

The media could not be loaded. This xylophone is simply awesome! I would never have thought to buy one of these, but it was a Daily Prime Deal and my son's first Christmas approaching. His daddy is a musician, so I thought it would be a fun musical toy for them to play with together! My son is only 2.5 mos old. He can literally hold this wand and hit the keys and he loves it! This is our 2nd most used toy right now, outside of his floor mat play gym. The item comes packaged in such a cute way, you could literally gift it as is! I love that I unexpectedly found such a classic, beautifully made toy for him to play and learn with! Very happy customer! I highly recommend this product!

It was thick and sturdy and came in a fantastic little box. The mallets were nice and the sound is clear and loud, but not piercing. A pin came loose after a few months, and I emailed about it, and received a new one quickly and easily. Great customer service. The rest of the xylophone had held up great, so I am sure that was a fluke. Sadly, the new one has plastic mallets, but I kept the wooden ones. It even had a harmonica as a surprise!

This was a Christmas present for my 2 1/2 year old grandson who had been indicating an interest in music. Unfortunately because of the pandemic we were not able to be together, but we got a FaceTime call of him playing with the instruments- he was having an Absolute Blast ... so much so that I started playing my squeeze box and my son in law took out his harmonica and we had an impromptu ‘family jam’ spanning 3 generations. This was one of the most enjoyable events imaginable!!! I regret not having a video to share but he Loves these instruments... they are well made and lots of fun (for us all!) and I am sure that these will provide a foundation for his continued interest and progress with music. Just Wonderful!!!

It is perfect. I bought this for my 5 year old. My 16 year old gets jealous and tries to play it, but she wishes she had one bigger to play. The sound is perfect and my 5 year old said she is so happy with it. I’m even happier to find one at a reasonable price.
