Winco Cake Display Stand, Set of 3, 13 Inch

I am shocked at the negative comments! Folks, pieces like this are why puzzles are essential to the mental development of young children. Received with in two days, took 30 seconds to assemble. Excellent product, especially for the price!

This stand came quickly which was nice, but absolutely no instructions which sucked. Also, the wing nut that they enclosed was sprayed with some kind of cheap silver coating ( to keep it from rusting I imagine). However the whole nut was rusted all the way through and had clearly been sprayed after the fact. Really lame. Not a big deal as the wing nut gets screwed onto the bottom of the pedestal and people won't be able to see it. EXCEPT the stupid sprayed coating is flaking off all over my table and countertop. Not ideal when used for my fancy tea party set up (the reason I bought it).Since it is metal, and seems sturdy and is the exact height I need for my set up display, I'm going to go ahead and keep it. I will however have the wing nut replaced. Good to have a display item that doesn't break or require a lot of spot cleaning all the time. Unlike porcelain or glass. I've given this Product only four stars because of the negative reasons I've stated. If it came with instructions, and the hardware were brand new that would have been perfect. It would have also been nice to have rubber washers in between the pieces of metal where the base pieces meet each other to prevent scratching. The wrapping all the way around was excellent. So much wrapping that it took me a pair of scissors and about ten minutes to get all the bubble wrap off. Those are points in this company's favor. Also, it does look very classy. It's a bit larger on the plate than what I was expecting, but over all it suits my purposes. Mine doesn't lean, nor do the parts fit together unevenly. I seem to have gotten lucky in that respect.

Exceptional. For people who want to know if the cake tray spins, it doesn't. However, if you add a washer to the screw and almost tighten everything together, you can make it spin. When you spin the tray to the left it will not make the screw loose but if you spin it to the right, it will loosen. Try it! Look at my photo and you'll see where I put the washer.** And just so you know, the washer isn't included, it is a spare I kept from something else. I made use of it for this cake display. Also, this method might scratch the steel, if you don't want to damage your cake display then my idea might not work for you. **

I bought two cake stands to use with two two-tier cakes (10" & 8"). They're a bit flimsy and was afraid they might not be able to hold the cakes but they did. Over all the presentation was nice. However, one of them was leaning enough for one of my friends to notice it from across the room and point it out to me.The cakes were placed on the stands by the people at the venue so, I decided to just leave them alone. It's a good deal for the price but I don't know if I would use them again for a two tier cake and that's why I only gave it three stars

So Disappointed, I ordered this in time to use for my son’s birthday party ( same day arrival) to come to find out it arrived in-complete. I will attach picture it comes with THREE pieces wrapped in bubble wrap- not even in a box!!!! AND NO hardware included, much less any instructions . So unless you have the luxury to go and try to find all the right sizes, shapes and type of hardware needed to put this together , then do not purchase this .

I got these cake stands for the dessert table at my wedding and they arrived with marks on them, almost as if they had been used before or were beat up. One of them had blue marks on the top...we ended up using them for the wedding anyway because our cakes covered most of the marks. The assembly is easy...if you have common sense. My biggest disappointment was that they didn't show up in "new" condition. However, besides that, they look nice and they didn't arrive with dents.

This is a great cake stand, however Amazon is shipping it with missing parts. When it arrived, there was only the large plate and one half of the conical stand. There should be two cone shaped pieces: the bottom with the wide part touching the table, and the top that completes the stand and touches the plate. They are held together and to the plate using a long screw.Since I was missing the second cone shaped piece, I alerted Amazon and they sent out another cake stand. Interestingly, this one arrive AGAIN with the missing second piece. Upon inspection I discovered that the two pieces I had (one from the original shipment and the other from the replacement) did not look alike. One had a more rounded edge which I assume is the foot of the cake stand. I believe the combination of these two pieces plus the plate are what should have arrived in the first place.I suspect that Amazon did not receive accurate product from the manufacturer, as two different shipments arrived in the same manner: missing the second conical piece. That being said, the cake stand does look amazing. It looks much more expensive than what I paid.

I bought this stainless steel cake stand and the plastic cover to replace my glass cake stand. While washing the cover of the glass cake stand, I cracked it. This one is attractive and with the acrylic/plastic cover, I won’t break it while washing it. I think it looks nicer than the all plastic cake stands. It’s attractive, pretty durable, and easy to assemble. The price was fair. $32 for both. The top is by the same company and has a stainless steel handles to match the cake stand. I’m very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it.

Me gusto mucho el producto, viene de buena calidad, es muy resistente, el único pero que le pongo es que viene solo envuelto con plástico de burbujas no viene en caja y no trae instrucciones de armado aunque esto no es complicado ya que solo son 3 piezas y su tornillo.Yo la necesito para las fotos de mis trabajos y sin duda si se ven más elegantes y con mejor presentación.

Es más grande y más alta de lo que se aprecia en la foto pero eso no es un problema. La calidad es muy buena, el ensamble de la base súper fácil y rápido y en general se ve muy bien. Me llegó perfectamente bien envuelta pero sin caja propia (venía en la caja de Amazon) lo que no es problema pero, no traía instrucciones para armar y como no hay más fotos del producto, yo me tardé un poco más de los normal en encontrarle forma. Yo creo que el precio está muy bien.

A fantastically badly made stand. I am still scratching my head to understand how in the world this made-in-China product could be made so bad.Avoid: flimsy, thin stainless steel. Uneven on rotation (the top cannot be rotated without rotating the bottom as they are attached with a screw). The stand is not even properly circular.Then looking at this horrific product I ask myself - can I trust they used food grade stainless steel? Probably not. They will likely to throw in the cheapest nastiest materials as well.

This is an extremely wobbly cake stand. It comes in 3 pieces and is easy to assemble, however I feel like mine was missing a washer of some sort...I wouldn't know because no instructions were given at all. I used for my son's bday today and we had to take the cake off to cut it because the stand was so unstable. I do not recommend this product.

It looks nice, easy to put together, fast shipping.I'm making my girls cake this year and I'm slightly hesitant on how this thing will hold up. I wouldn't buy it if I'd seen it in store first let's just say.
